Where we ship

  • We currently ship to all states within the United States.
  • Orders are shipped from a network of manufacturers and authorized distribution warehouses. Most shipments originate within the United States. If any product ships from another location, we will make this clear before you complete checkout.

Shipping costs and transparency

Shipping costs depend on the product weight, dimensions, destination and chosen service level. The exact shipping cost for your order is calculated in real time and displayed at checkout before you enter payment details.

Occasionally we run promotions that include discounted or free standard shipping on certain items. These offers are always clearly marked on the product page and in your cart.

Order processing time

  • In stock items usually ship within 3 to 7 business days of order confirmation.
  • Custom or special order safes ship according to the lead time shown on the product page. We will email you with updates if the manufacturer provides revised dates.
  • Once your order ships, we send a shipping confirmation email with tracking information for your convenience.

Delivery services

Small package delivery

Smaller items, typically under about 150 pounds, ship via ground carriers such as UPS or FedEx. Delivery is made to your door during normal business hours. These shipments usually do not include a scheduled appointment or inside placement.

Curbside freight delivery

Most safes and vault doors ship via freight truck on a pallet. Standard service is curbside delivery:

  • The freight company calls to schedule a delivery window.
  • The driver brings the pallet to the nearest accessible point where the truck can safely stop.
  • The driver does not move the safe inside your home or business, up stairs or over soft ground as part of standard curbside service.

Some remote, limited access or hard to reach locations may require additional fees from the carrier. If that applies to your zip code, we will contact you with details before finalizing the shipment.

Garage and threshold delivery

On many products we can arrange upgraded services such as garage delivery or threshold delivery where the safe is moved just inside a ground level exterior doorway. These options are provided by the freight carrier or specialist partners and are quoted individually based on conditions at your property.

Inside delivery and white glove installation

For clients who want a complete end to end service, we can coordinate inside delivery, room of choice placement and bolt down installation using professional third party installers. Pricing is based on:

  • Weight and dimensions of the safe.
  • Number of stairs and turns.
  • Distance from truck access to the final location.

Delivery appointments and access

  • Freight deliveries usually take place Monday through Friday during standard business hours.
  • The carrier will call or text to set an appointment. An adult must be present to inspect the shipment and sign the delivery receipt.
  • Some locations with narrow roads, steep driveways, gated access or other restrictions may require special arrangements. We are happy to talk through your situation in advance.

Inspecting your delivery

Important

Inspect your shipment before signing the delivery receipt. Noting damage on the receipt is often required to support a damage claim with the freight company.

  1. Check the outer packaging, crate and pallet for any visible damage or punctures.
  2. If you see damage, note it clearly on the delivery receipt and take clear photos.
  3. If damage appears severe, you may refuse the shipment and contact us right away.
  4. If concealed damage is found after delivery, keep all packaging, take photos and notify us within 48 hours.

We will work with the carrier and manufacturer to address any confirmed damage as quickly as possible.

Tracking your order

Once your order ships you receive a tracking link by email. You can use this link to follow the shipment until delivery. If you need updates or assistance at any point, our support team is here to help.
