How our price match works

If you find a lower total delivered price on the same safe from another authorized dealer, we want the opportunity to earn your business. In many cases we can match or improve that price while still providing the level of service that Prestige Safe Co is known for.

Total delivered price means the competitor’s product price plus any shipping, handling and mandatory fees to your address.

Requirements for price matching

• The product must be the same brand, model and configuration.
• The competitor must be an authorized United States dealer for that brand.
• The item must be in stock and available for immediate purchase at the advertised price.
• The price must be publicly listed and verifiable on the competitor’s website.
• The comparison must include all shipping and handling fees to your delivery address.

Offers we cannot match

To keep our program fair and sustainable, the following are not eligible:

• Prices from auction sites, peer to peer marketplaces or private sellers.
• Used, refurbished, open box, damaged, display or clearance merchandise.
• Special membership prices, employee discounts or prices that require a login to view.
• Promotions that involve coupons, mail in rebates, gift cards or free bundled items we do not carry.
• Obvious pricing errors or misprints on competitor websites.

How to request a price match

1. Email support@prestigesafeco.com or call 1-302-302-1397.
2. Provide the Prestige Safe Co product you are interested in, the competitor’s website link and a screenshot of their final checkout page showing the total delivered price.
3. We review the details promptly and let you know whether we can match or beat the price. If approved, we will either adjust your online order or complete the purchase with you directly.

Additional information

• Price match requests are evaluated individually and may be limited to certain quantities.
• We reserve the right to decline a price match where it is not commercially reasonable or does not meet the conditions above.
