Prestige Safe Co is the trading name of Ascend Nexus LLC, a United States based company focused on high quality safes and vault products for homes and businesses. Our registered address is 3961, 1007 N Orange St, 4th Floor, Wilmington, DE, New Castle, US, 19801.

Are you an authorized dealer?

Yes. We work directly with manufacturers and authorized distributors and only list genuine products that carry full manufacturer warranties. Many safes ship directly from manufacturer or distribution warehouses to you for the fastest and most secure delivery.

Ordering and payment

How do I place an order?

You can order securely through our website or contact our team for assistance. Once you place an order you receive an order confirmation email. When your safe ships, we send a shipping email with tracking details.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards and other methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed through secure, PCI compliant providers. We do not store your full card number.

Will I be charged sales tax?

Any applicable sales tax is calculated based on your shipping address and displayed at checkout before you complete payment.

Shipping and delivery

Which areas do you ship to?

We currently ship to all states within the United States. If your location has special access requirements, contact us before ordering so we can confirm the best delivery option.

How much is shipping?

Shipping cost depends on the product, destination and delivery service. The exact amount is calculated in real time and shown at checkout before you pay. Some products may include promotional free or discounted shipping, which is clearly labeled when available.

How are safes delivered?

Most safes ship via freight truck on a pallet with curbside delivery. The carrier contacts you to schedule a delivery window and an adult must be present to inspect and sign. Smaller items may ship by UPS or FedEx ground to your door.

Do you offer inside or white glove delivery?

Yes. In many areas we can arrange inside delivery, room of choice placement and installation through professional partners. Pricing is based on weight, stairs and access. Contact us for a quote tailored to your space.

Returns and cancellations

What is your return policy?

Eligible products can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Returns are subject to a 20 percent restocking fee and shipping charges both ways. Custom, special order, used and clearly marked final sale items are not returnable. Full details are on our Returns and refunds page.

Can I cancel my order?

If your order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to cancel it. Once a safe has shipped, cancellations or refused deliveries are treated as returns and may incur restocking and shipping charges. Contact us as soon as possible if you need a change.

Price match and promotions

Do you match prices?

We offer a price match program on many products when you find a lower total delivered price on an identical safe from another authorized dealer that has stock. Conditions apply. See our Price match guarantee page for full details.

Product and warranty

Do your safes include a warranty?

Yes. All new safes include the original manufacturer warranty. Warranty coverage and duration vary by brand and model. Information is listed on product pages or available by request.

Can you help me choose the right safe?

Absolutely. We can help you think through burglary and fire ratings, lock style, capacity, installation and budget. Reach out by phone or email and we will recommend options that match your situation.

Do you provide installation?

Installation and bolt down services are usually handled by specialist installers. We can coordinate this with trusted partners and explain the available options in your area.
